Aniimo launch fixes: unclaimed rewards and stuck quests
The short answer
Use the workaround for the specific issue: in Twining Without Borders, tap the blank area left of the reward icon; after switching from PC to mobile, sign in again; for the Android side quest freeze, switch to Performance mode, disable shadows, or use Skip at the top right. The official notice reports a mail-claim issue but gives no general fix.
Event reward icon does not respond
