The short answer
Reach traveler level 25, complete the second-rank promotion, and unlock gravity control. At the building roof in Blitzwood, place the yellow ball into its socket to release the caged Blazen.
Three checks
- Cannot move the ball? Complete the promotion and ability unlock first.
- Cage still closed? Check that the ball is seated in the socket.
- Once open, verify the target before capturing; an ordinary wild spawn is not the puzzle reward.
