RV upgrade stuck? Check materials, recipes and workers

The short answer

In version 1.1, open the Homeland RV upgrade panel and identify whether the blocker is a condition, material or Home Coins. For Wood Blocks check Woodland; for Mineral Sand check Mines. After upgrading a facility, review its active recipe, assign Aniimo with the abilities that recipe needs, and keep them fed. Use your current client for exact amounts and controls.

1. Read the RV upgrade requirements

Open RV Level Up in the Homeland and check Level Up Conditions, Cost and Home Coins separately. Stockpiling materials will not satisfy a missing quest or facility requirement, and a coin shortage needs its own fix. The launch-era GameWith guide documents these three fields and the option to preview later levels.

2. Match each material to its producer

Wood Blocks come from Woodland tree production, while Mineral Sand comes from Mines. Check that the relevant facility is placed, has an active recipe and is actually working; the saleable tree or ore output is not the upgrade byproduct. GameWith documents both sources, and the Steam player guide identifies those byproducts as an early RV bottleneck.
If Cost asks for processed materials such as Rough Lumber or Coarse-Sifted Ore, inspect the live recipe for its Wood Block or Mineral Sand input, then use the appropriate processing facility. GameWith documents those processing chains; read the upgrade panel for your level’s actual quantities.

3. Recheck the recipe after upgrading

After upgrading Woodland or a Mine, inspect Facility Management to see whether it still runs the old tree or ore recipe. If a new recipe is unlocked, compare its in-game byproduct output and duration against your current shortage before switching. A higher facility level running the old recipe may not improve the material you need. The Steam author suggests Clay after a mine upgrade on the RV6→7 route; that is one player’s example, not a fixed recipe for every level.

4. Check recipe abilities and food

The selected recipe shows the Home Abilities needed at each production stage. Assign Aniimo with matching abilities and levels. The in-game help says meeting the recommended level improves efficiency, while hunger sharply reduces it. Its Facility Management help also documents batch recipe changes and facility upgrades.
The Steam author recommends checking Ability Distribution; use it to spot gaps. Neither the official 1.1 notice nor the available in-game help record confirms that every number must turn green for peak offline efficiency. Management controls also vary by platform, so follow the current client UI.
