Where to redeem Aniimo codes: in-game menu and mail claims
The short answer
On PC, press Esc to open the main menu; on mobile, open the main menu. Then go to the gear icon Settings → Account → Gift Code Redemption, enter the code, and choose Redeem. As of September 29, 2026, we have not verified an official web redemption page.
Redeeming and claiming are separate
- PC Gamer directs players to claim redeemed rewards in the in-game Mail and says Dr. Lewis’s “Chasing The Clouds” quest unlocks it. Aniimo Wiki says Mail unlocks during the early tutorial. Their descriptions differ; if Mail is missing, continue the main story. This guide does not verify any specific code or claim a successful redemption.
Web redemption has not been verified
